We accept returns only within 14 days from the date you receive confirmation that your return has been accepted. Returns are limited to items that are received damaged or if you have received the wrong order.
Our shipping department carefully inspects and securely packs every order to ensure it arrives in the best condition. We are not responsible for any orders lost by shipping carriers.
Please note: We do not issue refunds. Approved returns will be eligible for store credits only.

Refunds
You have 48 hours to receive a full cash refund, once the order is shipped, cash refunds no longer apply. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
