Refund/ Return Policy

To be eligible customers have 48 hours to request a full cash refund and cancel an order after it's been placed. After 3-5 business days and the customer receive a tracking number, cash refunds can no longer applied. 

Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns or exchanges once the order is shipped. Our shipping department double checks every product and carefully pack every order to make sure you receive your order in its best condition. We are not responsible for any orders damaged or lost by shipping carriers.

Damages and issues

Refunds
Again, You have 48  hours to receive a full cash refund, once the order is shipped, refunds no longer apply. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
